Child & Family Photography

Lifestyle child and family photography captures you and your family in various true to life contexts. They tell your story and capture your family in an artful, everyday manner. I aim for a collection of beautiful portraits of your children as well as a collection of images between family members.

All shoots tend to take on a shape of their own as there are so many variables at play. I love to photograph in my clients’ homes and then move on to an alternative location which allows for movement and a change in scenery. Shoots are not static and I do ask a fair amount from parents in terms of collaboration on the day.

I have two growing children of my own and raising them has been an incredible joy and privilege. I have countless photographs of them through the years and I don’t regret a single one, they are a beautiful place for me to visit and remember.

I have photographed families for fourteen years now and believe that I’m able to put children at ease and in a way that enables me to capture their unique personalities.

Family portrait sessions can include, but are not limited to any of the following: maternity, newborn, dedicated child portraiture, milestone occassions, or simply to capture to memory a collection of images of your family at their given ages and stages.
